Of coure, thee are my previou idea which how myimmaturity to a certain extent. But thoe way catering to examination-orientededucation are neceary before tepping into univerity. With the age andexperience growing, my thought become mature gradually.

在我们心目中一个好老师，意味着毫无保留的给我们所有的知识，严格管理学生，手把手的教学生，适当的给学生布置作业并足够友善的给学生时间来缓解压力等。当然，这些都是我以前的想法，在某种程度上展示了我的不成熟。但那些方式在上大学前对应试教育是很有必要。随着年龄和经验的增长，我的思想逐渐成熟。

In myhumble opinion, firt of all, a a college teacher, the mot baic i thatteacher hould poe good profeional quality and be proficient in theirteaching ubject, which mean that they will not only explain the textthoroughly, but alo tell tudent more extracurricular knowledge on the topicto broaden their horizon and make them throw light on the text deeply.Meanwhile, teacher hould mobilize the enthuiam and initiation of tudentto make the whole cla lively and be good at aking quetion to encouragetudent to think on their own and foter their creativity, rather than letthem learn by rote. 从大学生的角度来看，大学教师仍然遵循中学教学模式是相当可笑的因为大学是自由开放的。在我看来，首先，作为一名老师，最基本的是，教师应具备良好的职业素质，熟悉教学课程，这意味着他们将不仅仅全面的解释课本，也要告诉学生更多的与课程相关的课外知识来拓展他们的视野，让他们对课本有深入的理解。同时，教师要调动学生的积极性，让整个班级气氛活跃、善于提问，鼓励学生独立思考，培养他们的创造力，而不是让他们死记硬背。更重要的是，在大学----一个学术殿堂，教师应把学生当做他们的朋友建立良好的师生关系，并为学生创造一个表达思想的自由平等的平台。这样教学可以是学生和老师相互受益。
